On January 01, 2023, I stepped on the scale and weighed in at a hefty 264 pounds. Facing health issues, low energy, and unhappiness with my appearance, I knew excuses wouldn’t help. Months before, I met Ernest Solivan, who suggested his Sustainable Weight Loss method. Initially resistant, I wasn’t afraid of being told what to do.

“A few weeks ago I purchased your HK book. Most impressive. After working with the HK process intensely, I have experienced many “shifts”. Last week I received the “Peace of Mind” CD and I want to share what my experience was: Tuesday evening I ‘by intention’ to clear all historic and current issues that hold me back from being my most perfect self, listened to and did the “relax” work as you presented the issues. “I just read your HK book and am having quite cool results after a few days of working it. Thanks for the amazing technology. I’m finding it an incredible technique. This is pretty powerful stuff.
